Launching of Hope as Chef 2018

Celebrating its 130th anniversary and in being the world’s oldest oyster sauce manufacturer, Lee Kum Kee extended it’s vision of “Promoting Chinese Cuisine Worldwide” by conducting its Hope as Chef programme. During the media launch, we helped by officiating the event from registration to the award ceremony as well as the chef sharing session with the audience & media Q&A. A special agenda of the night was the cooking masterclass conducted with a professional dim sum chef.
